What is a Bomb Data Centre?
Bomb Data Centres are focused on the efficient and effective sharing of technical intelligence on explosives, as well as other information related to the unlawful use of explosives. The roles and functions of each bomb data centre varies but all members must be legitimate government agencies responsible for the management of technical intelligence and information related to the unlawful use of explosives.
Dfuze Concept of Operations
Information Input
Open Source Intelligence (OSINT): Information and research work carried out by OSINT (Open Source intelligence) research staff. Key aspect of this role are to utilise all levels of open source information gathered from our Report Desk solution and ingest it into our Dfuze application automatically.
Classified Sources (CINT): Utilising our Dfuze platform, BDC’s can capture, store, retrieve, visualise, and analyse all types of Intelligence information and make them available for access within approved security levels. The data can then be applied directly to EOD and IEDD operations or effects joint EOD/IEDD and other agency efforts.
Task and Field Reports: Dfuze helps to build and structure your reports, so they are fit for purpose for your EOD and IEDD task information. These reports can then be submitted to internal / cross agency teams for reference and relevant RSP / TTP assessment. Reports can be directly issued to all unit / cross agency authority as appropriate by utilising our administration suite and sharing capabilities.
Data Input and Analysis: Dfuze provides a wide range of input and visualisation tools to best suit your operational requirements. These tools help you provide technical evaluation of information and intelligence applicable to EOD and IEDD operators highlighting key aspects that affect operations including: Methods of Operations, Render Safe Procedures (RSP), Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTP), IED Device design and trends.
Information/data shared appropriately: Using our secure audit and sharing capabilities, information and intelligence can be distributed to approved key staff other agencies as required in a manner timely with the threat development and changes.

Technical Reports: Our customisable admin platform allows you to build technical reports that are fit for purpose. Once your reports are complete you can print and publish them using our built-in reporting tool.
Technical and Tactical Analysis: Our Reporting and Image Analysis tools (including AI capabilities) can assist in highlighting key aspects of device design and global trend analysis.
Proactive Intelligence: A consistent feed of data from all agencies with access to your Dfuze BDC system allows you to keep up to date with current intelligence which can assist EOD/IEDD operations engaging in proactive prevention of future attacks or incidents.
Operations and TTP’s/RSP’s: Your data can help form and provide recommendations of new TTP’s and RSP for EOD / IEDD technician. It can help you in providing potential for new equipment requirements or specialist assistance based on the statistic and analysis that has been gathered. Our outputs can also influence law enforcement or military operation procedures.
